A versatile pan to have in the kitchen, the 28cm Sautese with lid from Le Cresuet, features a 3Ply stainless steel contsruction.

The uncoated stainless steel interior is ideal for searing meat, fish and vegetables allowing them to caramelise adding delicious flavour to the finished recipe. It is also perfect for making tasty risottos, paella or pilaff.  

Used with the lid it will retain moisture and juices so is perfect for casseroles, curry or chilli for example.
