Bia Egg Coddler

In cooking, coddled eggs are eggs that are gently or lightly cooked in water just below boiling temperature in or out of the shell or other container. They can be partially cooked, mostly cooked, or hardly cooked at all. Poached eggs are a type of coddled egg cooked in water.

BIA's reinvention of the egg coddler with modern designs was an instant hit! A clean and simple way of poaching eggs, the coddlersa re easy to use. Simply add oil or butter to the inside, crack in an egg or two, add any ingredients you wish, gently screw the lid b ack on adn add to boiling water for around 10 minutes. Once ready, you can eat straight from the coddler.
