Emile Henry are passionate French ceramicists operating from the same workshops in Burgundy for more than 160 years. Still owned and operated by the Henry family, the company today manufactures all of their new cooking products from Burgundy clay using their proprietary High Resistance Oven Ceramic state-of-the-art manufacturing process. Each piece is unique and is signed by the worker who made it; his initials are engraved on the bottom of each product.
The unique Burgundy soils and clays that go into the special clay formulas are the basis of all Emile Henry ceramic cookware. The clay diffuses the heat gently and evenly to enhance the flavours and aromas of all the ingredients. Everything in the production is 100% natural, from the base material to the glaze.

With a capacity of 3.5L, the Cheese Box can hold up to 10 pieces. It was not only designed for optimal storage inside the box, but also inside the fridge. Narrow and deep, it takes little room on the shelf. Its flat lid allows to store other containers or dishes on top.

• Designed to take the cheese from fridge to table, simply turn the lid over, arrange the pieces of cheese, whole or in slices and serve.
• Once finished, simply wrap the leftover cheese, return to the box, close with the lid after cleaning it and store.
• The Emile Henry High-Resistance Ceramic is durable enough that you can cut directly onto the 'lid-platter'
