The Avanti® Egg Poacher makes poaching eggs easy. The silicone egg poacher is a flexible non-stick vessel that floats on simmering water while eggs cook.
Simply bring a pan of 4cm of water to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Coat the inside of the cradle lightly with oil, crack your egg into the cradle, float in simmering water and cover the pan with a lid. The handle makes it easy to pull out of the pan and flip onto a plate.
